Notice of Discontinuation of Outsourced Laundry Service
Dear Valued Guests,
Thank you very much for your continued patronage of PIAZZA HOTEL NARA.
We regret to inform you that the outsourced laundry service, which has been available to our guests for many years, will be discontinued as of September 30, 2026.
We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all of our guests who have used this service over the years.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this discontinuation may cause to guests who currently use the service.
Please see the details below:

• Service Discontinuation Date: September 30, 2026 (Wednesday)
• Applicable Service: Laundry service provided by an external professional laundry company
• Other: The outsourced laundry service request forms (laundry service forms) currently placed in guest rooms will be removed.

Please note that our coin-operated laundry facilities and LG Styler located within the hotel will continue to be available for your use.

因服务停止给目前使用该服务的宾客带来的不便与困扰，我们深表歉意，敬请谅解。
具体内容如下：

• 服务终止日期：2026年9月30日（星期三）
• 服务内容：由外部专业洗衣公司提供的衣物洗涤服务
• 其他：客房内目前设置的外包衣物洗涤申请单（洗衣服务单）将予以撤除。
